The battle went like this:

Because of its egg bomb I really couldn't use Murkrow (it would have died in one hit,the fucker has 55 def right now),so I kept K.Rool to bait him into charging Solar Beam,then changed into Kenshiro (with his awesome Sp. Def and 1/4 damage due to resistances),then I changed again with K.Rool.
He tanked easily egg bomb,then I used screech while Exeggutor charged its beam of death.
Then I changed again and did this until his def was minimum,and let K.Rool easily take it down with one hit.
