Had two potential Alolan arbok ideas, and one that would better suit dunsparce. All three are themed around snakes and Hawaii, or at the very Pacific least island ecology.
>Arbok 1
One of Hawaii's only snakes is the yellow bellied sea snake, a highly venomous but very mild-mannered elapid. Elapids are a family of venomous snakes that includes coral snakes, mambas, COBRAS, and more. I'm thinking poison/water with swift swim, rattled, and maybe just shed skin again for the abilities.
>Arbok 2
While some Alolan forms like exeggutor seem to be native to Alola, a few like raticate seem to be invasive pests. Hawaii is deathly afraid of one animal arriving and becoming established: the brown tree snake. Brown tree snakes somehow ended up on Guam, and absolutely decimated the local bird population. With that in mind, it'd make sense for an Alolan arbok based off of that to hit flying types super effectively. A signature poison move that always does super effective damage to flying types like freeze dry could be fun, but it'd be easier to just make it poison/electric with maybe gluttony, infiltrator, and maybe even merciless for abilities. Plop it down on some smaller island and add some fluff about how it made the local variant of oricorio go extinct. You can still use nectar from the island on other oricorio to "bring back" the variant, to mimic how many of Guam's birds were evacuated before they went extinct.
>Alolan dunsparce
Hawaii's other established snake, the Brahminy blind snake, is perfect for a Dunsparce variant. It's small, spends all of its time underground, and is totally harmless. Think ground/fairy with simple for fun with coil, and mold breaker since it's currently the only terrestrial snake found in Hawaii.
