Glaceon is a lot more common as it is the most powerful prior to mega evolution, so its starts up much faster. It also has freeze dry to take out flying types like Gyarados that are a little more popular now than they were in season two due to another specially offensive dragon type, and a mega x4 to its stab bounce move.
