There's nothing majorly wrong with Goodra
While it is lacking in the physical defense department, all the other stats are pretty good, and it has a multitude of things to work with. It can run either physical or special sets, stall, wall, etc. Not everything has to be a sweeper, you know.
That being said, I think Goodra will see the most use in the 4 v 4 Doubles format with Hydration and a Rain team. Being able to abuse Rest will make it a great staller or special wall in that format.
