The Corviknight Taxi is likely meant to be town to town travel in the early game, but there's also a chance that there'll be a Fly later in the game via the Rotom Phone. Rotom Phone is able to modify the bike, leading to the surfing bike for example. I doubt we'll start with the surfing bike, instead it'll be some kind of app update/download we get in a later town. Same thing could happen with a flying bike. Or, even simpler, just an app to call the Corviknight Taxi.

In fact, we've seen the camping done in the snowy region. And the cooking sounds like just one new system for boosting EVs. The Pokejobs can also raise EVs and there's going to be the usual method of fighting wild mon.
