>>35136199Meh. The main portion of that route is basically a secret area so it's not really that fair to count it. The non-surf area is basically just Hoenn's equivalent to Kanto's route 7, which should probably get a mention too.
If you wanna talk forgettable Hoenn Routes then feast your fucking eyes on route 123. Sure it has the big berry farm at the eastern edge, but literally everything west of it might as well not even fucking exist.
