One time in Y I was trying to catch a Burmy for my Kalos PokéDex.
I finally found one but it wouldn't get caught coz it kept successively using Protect & most of the time not failing & I wasn't able to land hits on it.
After a good amount of time it struggled its way to red HP & I finally caught it, & because I was so pissed from its dumbness plus the fact that it's a male & it seems I can't evolve it; I took it out of the PC & straight to Pokémon Amie...
I kept slapping it & hearing its bitch-ass cry, then I took it battling & made it faint by using Protect then Struggle over & over until it dropped dead, then took it to Amie once more for further abuse only to find out I can't slap it while it's "sleeping"... So I revived it & continuously slapped it again.
I don't regret what I've done, never ran into another Burmy again so I just got a female one off the GTS & evolved it then released it straight away.
Fucking Gamefreak & their fucking useless shitmons...
