It's most certainly NOT a suppository! The thing is, the medicine is prescribed for each individual member of M.A.S.S., so not anyone can just take another person's medicine nonchalantly. This is because the components of the medicine can vary depending on a person's size, gender, health issues, and a plethora of other things. Because the medicine is strong enough to last for such a long period of time before the body reacclimates, it also means that the side effects from taking someone else's meds could potentially be lethal.
Each person has a small bottle containing 12 green and purple pills taken ORALLY for each month the year with a small biometric lock on it. This lock scans the genetic signature of the person trying to open it, which helps in preventing anyone from mistakenly getting their meds mixed up.

I'd also say that this is the most accurate representation of how his hairstyle looks, though his bangs still normally cover both eyes. This is actually how he looked when he was 13, not long after his mother died. He hasn't changed much at all in terms of physique since then.

Murdoch's father formerly went by the name of Oliver Heigen, though now he goes by just Dr. Oliver. When Orzabal and Curtonix kidnapped Murdoch, they went through his memories in order to find out ways to make him more compliant over the long span of time they held him captive. They finally found out that his father was still alive, so they used him to get to Oliver next. Because the boy's father was also his superior and one of the hidden oligarchic leaders of M.A.S.S., it was difficult for them to simply take him away while allowing the dad to have knowledge that his son was still alive.

Because of this, they used Murdoch in order to get to Dr. Oliver, and subsequently used the man's moment of weakness to wipe any traces of his memory that Murdoch was ever his son. However, just like how Murdoch's most profound memories were, they were simply too powerful for Curtonix to just erase outright. The best they could do again was suppress the two human's memories of ever having been family, but still keeping their ties to one another as superior and subordinate. This allowed the ambitious Malamar and Beheeyem duo to influence the good doctor to not interfere with his plans. Not only that, but the two psychics would be able to use this to their advantage and steadily leverage resources from M.A.S.S. itself in order to protect their vessel from opposing Pokémon in The Homeland that sought to bring a stop to his endeavors.
