I'm thinking Rhyperiors moveset might be too offensive but he learns alot of nice moves and I'm not sure on Toxicroak since hes kinda frail for his item/ability. Should I even be running Lightning Rod Rhyperior? I picked it in case I mispredicted an electric attack since it draws in attacks and as an alternative to the Raichu if I need something bulkier.
