The Gym Leaders made have to abide by rules from Gen 1, Gen 2, or Gen 3, depending on which you choose!
So keep that in mind when choosing Pokemon or making movesets.
Note: Themes can be done too, or you can give Pokemon honorary types as needed (Like, Vileplume for Dark for example)
