Unless it's getting good mixed stats you can bet Goodra, Dragonite and Latias will be significant hurdles on the Dragon side followed by the many non-dragons that outright wall its Stab and maybe even Coverage. The top sweeping Dragons will likely outspeed at +1 unless it gets Ninjask-tier speed.

I'll try to be positive. If it gets the right stats, it could potentially act as a late game cleaner or sub-seeder. Coming in on a super obvious Electric attack from Mega Manectric or something for the boost then running with it from there. Dragon/Grass/Fighting isn't great, but it could work. Maybe it'll gain a cool move or two.
It could also be mixed if it has the right stats which wouldnbe good because it actually has a fair amount of Physical moves from different types.
Fingers crossed they don't fuck this up, Grass/Dragon is a hard sell.
