Spear Pillar ended up being brutal. I didn't overlevel for the Mars & Jupiter fight, because I thought we'd have a brief moment to reset before the Cyrus fight. I completely forgot that we just jumped right into it, so I was seriously underleveled for the Cyrus fight. The fight got off to a horrible start, because his Honchkrow managed to OHKO Supa Soaker from a Drill Peck crit. A Dark Pulse crit from that same Honchkrow killed Do-Re-Mi from about half-health. I was really worried that I would get swept here, but Hippolyta finished off the Honchkrow and then OHKO'd the Weavile. Cyrus' Crobat was a big problem for me, but the combined efforts of Luna and Lliira managed to bring it down. His last Pokemon was Gyarados, and all I really had to deal with it was Atlas. I don't know why he didn't Ice Fang, because I'm pretty sure he could've cooked me with that move. Regardless, he Giga Impacted instead, letting me set up the Curses, and finished the fight. Oh yeah, I guess we caught a legendary Pokémon, so that's cool I guess.
Two big losses on the team as a result of this battle, and I'm not just talking emotionally. Supa Soaker and Do-Re-Mi were kind of my lynchpins for the Cynthia Garchomp Battle Plan, so I'm not really sure what the backup for that is. Anyways, the new recruits are Eno the Finneon and Mesmer the Mr. Mime. After some grinding, it'll be onto Sunyshore City and Volkner.
