This should be your new pokemon stadium. Living dex fags get to use their collection. Shiny hunters get to show off. Gamefreak gets to cut down on dex inclusion in each subsequent game, and lose the heat for dexit. Players are incentivized to keep up with the series to make the new pokemon available to them, making the series more money. Everybody has a phone, so more people would be interested in pokemon events like tournaments and whatnot.
