Takes on an appearance similar to that of a Glaucus atlanticus(Blue Dragon). Slimmer, wings become like the 'fins' of the Blue Dragon and gains a similar color pattern. I loses it's antenna and the horn is replaced with a bump in the dark blue color of the Blue Dragon. It's forearms are now larger and similar in size to it's legs, when on land while it can stand like normal dragonites however it now favors walking around on all fours.
Due to the island nature of the Alola region Dratini and Dragonair find themselves in the vast open waters of the oceans instead of their usual homes of rivers, lakes, and ponds. Due to this they never find the need to escape from these enclosers, as such when they evolve into Dragonite it retains it's favoring nature of water that it's pre-evos have and gains it as a type.
