Typically do something like (this is how i usually run my gens)
Artist/Character Tags,
Action Tags,
Define Tags,
Quality Tags,
Do that for negatives as well.
There are a few tags you can remove as well, like your character already has its own tags, you're just supplementing OR removing from your image generation. You should also drop cartoon, or other anti style prompts (like graphite, sketch, crayon) and aim for an actual tag in the positive that that's what you want.
Basically, less is more.
