disregard other posters. you're right that all the fanartists are on twitter now, and also right that it's a shitty and unusable website when it comes to finding and hosting art (which makes it more appealing to reclusive and neurotic jp artists who are prone to deleting everything when they get too many views)
not even getting into how many fanartists simply don't tag their art
it's best to find artists by trawling through the likes of fanartists and fans who retweet fanart to find fanartists, then follow them.
