It's """"playable"""" on anything that can run EasyRPG Player, (PC, 3DS, Android, Vita) but it'll need a proper port to not look like a jittery mess. I backed out because I reeeally hate the rm2k3 battle system and considered just managing battles right on the overworld through common events. If I made this in XP or MV that would mean you couldn't play it on 3DS or Vita, so it's 2k3 or bust.
TL;DR: It'll be done when it's done.
