Its not all the time, its just in that environment and I wholeheartedly disagree and think you should use your brain instead of being so autistic as to think you can't have colorful things at dusk, in fog, and/or rain. You should visit cottage country in Mideastern ontario on the shield. Its dark, its dingy, its wet, its foggy and its rainy but at dawn and dusk you see plenty of whises of colour when the Humming birds, carnals, blue jays and Goldfinches fly about foraging and they fit right in despite standing out in the dreariness. You just need to get out more.
