Lore-wise, using Hisuian Pokemon in a modern day game - which are canonically extinct - doesn't make sense. Even if they explain it away with some time travel bullshit, wouldn't you just get disqualified for busting out a Pokemon that no one recognizes, no one has any information on, and if someone does have information on it, it's that this thing died out a thousand years ago?
