>>43414662It's actually fairly common to find in the games, just not in the actual regional dex. You can get it in Gales of Darkness, Pearl, HGSS (safari zone), BW (postgame in winter), BW2 (in winter or from hidden grotto), was one of the lines to make it in Conquest, XY's Friend Safari, in both Gen 7 games with Island Scan and it's soon to be in SwSh with DLC. FRLG, Diamond and Platinum are really the only main games you can't get it in the game itself (excluding LGPE of course).
