If you're gonna attack with them, Frost Breath is all you need to dodge Nite attacks smoothly. Blizzard leaves you entirely open while it's charging, so pretty much only Lapras can make use of that as an attacker while every other ice mon is better off just using their fast attack since their HP will be demolished otherwise.

The extra bulk certainly helps if you need to wade through several in the same battle, otherwise it does the same job. Also if we're really gonna make it a contest, Lapras would win anway. Shame about that Ice Shard though, packs more oomph but you won't dodge as well.

pic related, love this guy so much but have no idea how to use him. i tried a gimmicky priority set with fake out/aqua jet/ice shard/avalance, but it couldn't even 2HKO a 4x resist. any suggestions?

Well I guess I could make it go fish for us and then if it evolves it can take me somewhere. I won't be stranded forever, I can have fresh water from it and it will get me food and cuddle with me. Not that bad.
