Make this little cutie a Fighting/Fairy type. Being the "Victory" pokemon, Fighting type seems natural for a pokemon all about the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. V-Create can even be turned into a Fighting move, it's like Close Combat on steroids as it is. Fairy because it's cute and has little fairy wings on its butt.
