First of all,keep Thunder Wave,it's a great move considering its low speed.
Volt Switch is always useful,and signal beam is good as is discharge considering its decent special attack.
It's not endgame material probably,but it can be useful a lot in BW2,especially if you don't find Elektross (who is just all around better).
