Seriously, try to defend the marketing policy of TPC. It's a fact that this hype season is utter shit compared to the last ones with all their infighting and speculation, not only here in /vp/(balliofags, greninja isn't real etc.), but also elsewhere like in r/pokemon or literally twitter, the home of most normies. Just because this item trailer which was catered for a small niche of all potential consumers was dropped during the VGC doesn't explain why they dropped another shitty trailer which only showcased one small 'baby's first pokemon adventure' town for the largest gaming event of the entire world. It's not that I hate Pokémon, I only hate how it is developing. Pic very much related.
