It's fairly evident then that Game Freak has nothing to fear after the sales turnaround despite the backlash for not coding all the pokemon and moves into the game.
I mean honestly... all adding every pokemon amounts to is a gross exaggeration of just copy-pasting and then editing in the respective file flags. It's not rocket science and I could do each gen in a day once I had the assets (which were already available).
But I'm getting off-topic. Point is, Game Freak doesn't feel like leaking the game is damaging enough at this stage so the $150k is to a slap on the wrist for companies such as them.
