Female Combee that are Shiny should look like this since the drones aren't part of the equation, in fact the shiny member of a Combee unit should be somewhat like Spinda's spots, in that only one of the three should be shiny. Hence you could have Female Shiny Combee that lose their Shiny stating when they evolve because it's actually one of the drones attached to the female that was shiny and not the female itself.
