Increasing the horns may/may not work (simillar to Gogoat, looks closer to ibex).
A bigger head may just add ot the MLP comparison.
What about bigger hooves, longer beard, longer fur from top of body (reaching down to top of legs or even knees).
That or we start strapping shit to it (unicorn horn, wings, chimera bits, etc). Obviously this is not advised compared to just adjusting proportions.
