Heres a thought: if you dont like the games, dont play them! I dont really like gen 5 and I think swsh are horrible, bit I dont make weekly/daily threads shitting on them. If you dont get why theyre liked or think theyre objectively bad then good for you! No one should really give a fuck. A lot of people still love gen2 despite its usually exaggerated flaws. Could be nostalgia but what purpose does it serve trying to move an immovable object such as a deeply embedded childhood memory. Something being popular doesnt mean you are forced to like it.
Serious question: has ANYONE reading this thread right now been converted either way? Or have you been driven even further into your respective corner? Truthfully?
