>>47031679>What is then? The lazy graphics and Game Boy level mechanics? The shitty story?Don't know what you mean by Game Boy level but I would define quality as the exploration, atmosphere, art direction, the activities/side content, Pokemon themselves, and the dungeons.
>What preparedness? Is this another one of these schizo nostalgiatard posters who pretend there isn't a free pokemon center next to every map?Schizo this, schizo that. Buzzwords aside, it is wise to stock up on healing, status items, pokeballs with desired effectiveness, held items, and an escape rope or two of you're going into a deep cave. Gen 5 started having this problem to be fair, but the later gens did and do have a problem with accessible healing.
Also it's not nostalgia if I'm replaying them with fresh critical adult eyes.
>So the thing every game has?Funny how you quoted only the first half of my sentence and left the part where I said "with a team of mons"
Quit being disingenuous. Not every game has monster collecting/raising, and not all monster collectors have exploration. The ones that do rarely surpass Pokemon in this regard.
