Why does Focus Blast have such low accuracy?
I can understand most Rock attacks having shit accuracy - I imagine it's hard to properly aim a fuckhuge rock into enemy.
I can understand Hydro Pump having low accuracy - such a powerful jet of water is hard to control.
But what about Focus Blast? It's just a sphere of concentrated energy, not much different from perfectly accurate Shadow Ball, Energy Ball and the likes.
