>>56367318Well, so far as character development goes, Dot's the strongest no questions asked. She has changed the most out of the group, and even if anyone could see her incredibly basic ass development from miles away, it just works. Liko's character, on the other hand, feels terribly plain. If not for Terapagos, she would have no reason to exist in the story. Roy's character has surprised me, despite starting as the most battle-centric character of the group, and the only one to consistently train, he kept getting his ass kicked multiple times. Now though, he is the only one who actually wins his gym battles, is consistently getting stronger improving his battle style, and on top of that has Nemona as his senpai. He has a future as a real Pokemon trainer beyond trying to catch Rayquaza.
