No, really, it's not very good. Weed Out isn't a necessary ability and there are better Pokemon with its exact attack. If you really wanted to force it, you could try an Expanded build with a lot of Shaymin EX and Tapu Lele GX (or Jirachi EX so you could run Hoopa EX) and cycle through them before weeding out, but even then you'd be better off just running Sky Field.
You could also try mixing it with pic related in Expanded. There's also Dark Trance Hydreigon which is also better than it.
