Worth comparing the disassembly for the demo

- GFX engine offers almost nothing (e.g. missing functions for sprite animations)
- No phone functionality besides menu
- No egg constants reserved and no eggmove functionality
- SFX looks entirely like Gen 1, but it isn't mapped yet.
- Maps aren't indexed (or connected through warps ingame, but all 228 can be extraced, see pic related.)
>>35806911>>35806983You're right I think, devs have to make it a Gen 1 hack out of what we have or transfer the assets over. The first would lack a lot of functionality (like scripts, adding fights is easy but there'd be no key items for example).
Keep in find that a lot of design questions are unsolved, most maps are unconnected and there is no dialogue.
