Considering Araquinid's Water Bubble has the non-stated effect of doubling water moves' potency, could it be that Mr. Rime's ability also removes entry hazards, like Defog?
If would also be typical of Trollfreak to give an awesome ability like this to a pokemon that is weak to SR. Either way, if it does this is guaranteed OU or BL at the very least IMO.
