To stay on-topic, I'd really like Milotic to get Calm Mind. After that, just a bigger movepool in general. Dazzling Gleam for sure, Aurora Beam even though it has Ice Beam because it fits thematically with its scales, Disable, Heal Pulse perhaps, and Yawn
Also Porygon-Z should get a Mega with an automatic Conversion 1-ability. Sorta like Multi-type, but instead of depending on Porygon-Z holding different type Porygon-Zite megastones, it would depend on the first move it has.
I think that holds a lot of potential for fun and variation as Porygon has a pretty decent movepool.
With Porygon's stats (its low speed in particular) a balanced Mega could easily work well without being broken.
