If the target flinched and doesn't use a move at all, then Instruct is used on it, I assume that Instruct just fails.
Cuz that would be the easiest way to stop this Oranguru spam that half of top teams are doing. If you see the enemy has Oranguru and Wishiwashi on the field you know what's coming. Just use Wide Guard, get a free switch in to your Fake Out user, Fake Out onto Wishiwashi, Instruct fails.
