maybe when it becomes clothes it produces a small electric vibration, or maybe gives you a zap every now and then.
maybe it could have an ability that only affects fuzzy mons (like venonat). attacks on fuzzy mons have a 10% chance to inflict paralyze. if its worn by another mon it could have a passive 8% chance for that mon to inflict paralyze on fuzzy's
