Infernape's theming. He looks nothing like Wukong. He's just another ape. And because he exists, we'll never get a proper Wukong Pokemon. Besides that, Infernape is okay.
Everything but theming for Torterra. World turtle, good theme, it kind of does just justice to it with its design. Besides that, literally everything else is shit. Including its design.

I don't think it's entirely impossible, the issue is a lot of kids who are doing a bunch of ingame catching don't know how to sign up for the PGL to make their catches count. Anyone who actually does take the time to register is probably just doing it so they don't need to do it for Ranked Battle Spot, and thus are more than likely breeding or some other thing.

That number is also astronomically high, unless some hacker is willing to sacrifice his player ID and have his account send the difference in caught Pokemon, there's no real hope of completing this as it stands.

I'm pretty sure any instance where the two face off, Deoxys gets his ass handed to him. Standard Fug already beats Deoxys so Mega Fug likely curbstomps him.
