Slavic nations and Eastern Europe in general would get way too much flame material from nationalists and stuff. Especially considering we have a war going on in Ukraine at the moment. If even a single pixel of the imaginary country deviates from it's stronk people's maximum borders, if even a single nuance is replaced or modified (like say, Eastern Orthodox church domes gone), people will go nuts.
