Now learns gunk shot (why the fuck couldn't it learn this before) and sucker punch naturally.
Looks a little minmaxy, but seviper is really, really bad, so it needs it. However, I wanted to stay true to it's niche of
SLOW FRAIL mixed attacker, so I dumped almost half the points into offenses. Seviper's movepool is actually pretty solid; it gets knock off, giga drain, flamethrower, earthquake, and aqua tail to name a few standout moves, and 120/130 offenses with such exceptional coverage is pretty great. I originally gave it stakeout to fit flavorwise, but that ability is literally huge power for all moves when the opponent switches out, and I think that's a little busted for something with such good mixed coverage and swords dance. Competitive works fine flavor-wise and would probably make it pretty great on sticky web teams. Shed skin is another more boring but serviceable option. The stats lend themselves to naive mixed thing with stabs + flamethrower + earthquake, with the potential to drop dark pulse for sucker punch or flamethrower for giga drain or just say fuck it and go SD + sucker/knock + gunk + earthquake/flamethrower (celesteela, ferro, sciz) or even coil. As far as design, I have no idea. Maybe a nice "fuzzy" African bush viper look would be cool, or just go full Gaboon viper and give it the little nose hon + make it fatter. There's tons of neat venomous snakes in this world, and mega seviper could take something from any of them. Thoughts?
