I personally really dislike that it gets bigass snow goggles, I'm sure there was some more elegant way to give it the ability to see. It's a phenomenal Pokemon with S class typing and I've used it a LOT in gameplay, but it's never been a Pokemon I liked because I've never vibed with the design.
>DusknoirI think this was Skeledirge before Skeledirge. You take one of the most simple Pokemon ever in Dusclops, a cyclops zombie looking dude and just...throw 5000 new design elements at it. It's a grim reaper, it's also a dude in like a suit, kind of. It also has a giant mouth on its face because uh...Just like Magnezone it shares exactly 1 thing with the prevos (the one eye) and looks completely disconnected otherwise. If not for his stellar role in PMD2 I'd probably hate this thing.

Overall I don't really like them, they either don't expand on the previous design's theme in a meaningful way (Tangrowth), or just completely fucking shit on the original design by being dogshit ass ugly (Magmortar) or veering into a wildly different direction (half the motherfuckers on here).
I can't imagine liking them unless you happened to start with Gen 4 which is the majority of /vp/ zoomers. Considering what happens in later gens with shit like Mr. Rime and Dudunsparce though, I think GF is just overall bad at doing cross gen evolutions and should just do regional forms or paradoxes or whatever where their free to completely piss the original theme away for something else, though ironically I think Sandy Shocks is a much better evolution than Magnezone because it at least sticks to the fucking theme. Fuck Magenzone.
