I've just finished off 'Pokemon Fire Red' on my Android device. I'd like to play a 2nd generation Pokemon game, but the emulators I've played so far sucks.
Could you help me with finding a good emulator for GBC/working copy fit to GBA emulator?

PS Yes, I am that new in Pokemons

Play Heart Gold/Soul Silver, they've got all the good stuff from the originals as well as a load of new content.

Although if you must stick with the originals, I don't know too much about the emulators available for Android.

Yeah it's got an ad at the top of the screen. If you want to play pokemon games without getting annoyed you are going to need to spend some money.

How about playing Shiny Gold or Liquid Crystal

They are both Gen 2 remakes, but on the GBA engine

Google GBCoid and install the apk in your phone. It is the best GameBoy Color emulator app available for Android but it is not available in the app store.

I used it, it's a shit for me - you cannot stretch the screen like in John GBC lite I've just downloaded

Why the heck would you want to stretch the screen of a GB/GBC game? The resolution is already shitty. Being able to rotate the screen/game on your phone is more than enough.
