Uh...no. Because Yveltal is on the Y box and Xerneas is on the X box. And the only reason they switched it in BW was because of the yin yang theme

Xerneas is on the cover of X, and Yveltal is one the cover of Y. At least with Black and White, the had the legendary that was in the game on the box, even if the game they were in was the opposite color. And that just set up for the sequel so you obtained the legendary that was the same color as the game it was in.

Long story short: They'll be in their correct games. Don't worry.
