So /vp/. I undust my old crsytal version,replace the battery and ready to start my journey.
I remember a theory about how female pokemon grow stronger if I'm playing as Male.
This is accurate?
Also. Where i can find a pdf of the versus guide? ...Crystal tips also welcome

It was sort of true.

Gender was calculated based off IVs. A female Pokémon would always have a lower attack IV than a male of the same gender ratio.

I just dusted off and found my old Versus Gold & Silver guide book in my garage the other day. It' sitting right next to me right now actually. It's sort of in tatters, but it smells of nostalgia even if there's typos and errors in there.

Also, the crystal version of the guide is such a rip off. All that's really new is egg moves in the pokedex and celebi. Everything else is basically the same (even when stuff in crystal changes)

Yes, in piratebay or another torrents search for pokemon guides or google it.
