First of all, people keep saying, "this pokemon should be available/there should be a pokemon based on x/the themes or legendary concepts should be y because it's pokefrance!"

Pic related is the ONLY pokemon that has anything to do with the place on which the region is based. There are no polar bears in New York, and they have nothing to do with Taoism or Japanese kamis. I mean, like, fuck.


Next, a few dumb shits have been saying "I hope/bet this is a prequel and Team Flare is the former Team Rocket and we'll get to see all the young Kanto gym leaders who will all live in Kalos for some reason."

Forgetting that a prequel is a dumb pokememes-tier idea on the level of "le super cool mmo XD", it can't be a prequel because Mewtwo has a new form, and it was created by fucking Team Rocket.

The guy says "if we can revive these fossils, we'll be rich." He doesn't say the tech isn't available or that it hasn't been done. It's like a mafia guy saying "if we can get access to the Hadron collider."
