As for the ruler, I did use one but the problem was that these decals are HAND cut. Not machine. So some were a bit crooked looking. So I placed them as best I could. The three colored lenses though, those accidently placed themselves while I was adjusting another. The Yellow triangle piece does concern me though. Since the black border around it is separate (and on a different plane) the corners of the triangle have begun to peel a little. But very little. Probably because I carry my 3DS around in my pocket. And when I say "separate" I don't mean that, say for the triangular piece, I have to put the black triangle underneath it first. They're already bound together, but feel cut out if that makes any sense.
