So, /vp/, I just found a shiny eevee in Castelia -- I'm conflicted. I kinda want to evolve it to umbreon, who's a total bro, but on the other hand I think I should keep it until X/Y come out for a sweet shiny sylveon.

Advice?

Is Eevee good in itself? All I know that you can do is quick attack stab...hmm. Would it be alright in competitive?

There's no rush to do it immediately, I'd say sit on it at least until we find out what shiny Sylveon looks like and what it's stats are
