So just took the shortcut to Ambrette Town and walk through the grass and this guy pop's up. First shiny ever and im so god damn happy, i'll take another pic of it in amie, but in the meantime, general X and Y shiny thread?

I've got 2 shinies. A shiny Mightyena I caught on the way to trade everything off of a used Ruby, and a Stantler. Whoo fuckin hoo.

Mightyena's cool, though. I gave her Thief and used her to farm heart scales.

The ONE I ever saw was a shiny Murkrow on Diamond, but I ran into it shortly after a massive Pokemon catching spree and I didn't have any pokeballs left.

Murkrow and Honchkrow went from some of my most favorite Pokemon to my least after that little event.

Seriously though, with a one in ~8000 chance of finding a shiny, I mathematically should have seen more than just the one shiny across all my years of Pokemon. I wish I could find my old GBC ;_;
