Super Training. Once you have a max Super Trained Pokemon, you get to access Secret Training, one of the training sessions is the Aegislash balloon. When you beat the time you get a Dusk Stone.

You have to reach the target time on the Secret Super Training Lv. 1 Aegislash regiment. It's the last regiment in the set. You unlock it after fully training a Pokemon (bar on the right in the default screen will be full)
