Alright, I've combed the internet for awhile and cannot find anything good.

Is there any reliable way to get a dusk stone BEFORE fighting the Elite 4? I have been beating the shit out of the Aegislash balloon in super secret training for a while and he will not give up the goods.

I just want a chandelure... I'll use the endgame stone when I finally find a Misdreavous.

At least in X there is one easily accessible in Terminus Cave which you can get before the 7th gym if I remember the placement of 7th right (if not it's at least before the 8th and in either case its before E4).

There's one in Terminus Cave, right before 8th town.

You can always get one from Super Training, which takes like 5 minutes.

Seems just random to me as long as you beat the target time. I keep getting Sodas and shit Wings even if I beat them like 2min faster than target time.

Nigga what? Super training is piss easy. As long as you have a pokemon maxed out on stats you can destroy even super secret training as long as you have decent accuracy, which means poking the right place. Don't bother too much with dodging if it means missing out on points and you're confident on hitting.

I don't know; I'm using a Doublade and charging up shots to try and get like 2 big ones per 3 targets on Aegislash balloon. Sometimes he hits me with some shit or I charged it too long while dodging. Should I not spend the time charging shots?

As long as the charge gets to the first inner circle, you're good to fire. The outer circle barely increases it at all I find. Plus, if you spend more time shooting instead of charging you'll get a better feel for where the "nets" are and how to hit them. It's all muscle reflex, and you get much better the longer you try. Keep at it.

The Super Training just takes some practice, I did it like 9 times before I could do it fast enough.

Just charge shots and try to shoot from angles that make you get two targets at once. Also remember you can shoot through the big soccer balls that Aegislash shoots at you.

Looks like you're outta luck,none of my ghost safaris have a misdreavus which is bullshit since 3 of them are literally just lampents and pumpkaboos. Try the GTS provided it isnt full of overly stupid trade requests
